When Grand Lake Community Concierge owner Dave Deardorff was just a teenager living in Jenks in the 80s, he loved tagging along with his friends to Grand Lake on the weekends. He soon found out that there were plenty of opportunities for jobs when it came to preparing for a weekend at the lake.
Who wants to spend most of the weekend cleaning and preparing property instead of having fun?
Hence, the idea of starting a property concierge service came to mind, and since 2009, Dave has been able to offer hundreds of
satisfied lakers custom designed full service property management.
He has built up a team of reliable subcontractors who specialize in property management, boat detailing, property repair, home security setup, event planning, decorating, shoreline cleanup, pest control, traveling service, tour guides, and more- fully licensed and insured.
